Our sail covers are custom made to order. We use Sunbrella marine grade fabric and they are sewn with top of the line Black or White UV PTFE thread. The covers come with the option for a Black or White zipper at the bow and s.s. twist locks along the base and aft edges or S.S. Twist Locks only (instead of a zipper). We strongly encourage the zipper at the front which zips from top to bottom and provides a secure cover. We sew a collar at the front top to wrap around the mast that ties.
 
Size of cover is determined by measuring from the front center of the mast to the aft center of the boom (out around and over the sail folds as the cover would wrap). Once ordered, we'll measure your sail on the boom or send you a measurement sheet if you are outside a 10 mile radius of our shop so we can build your cover to spec.
 
Once you provide your filled out measurement sheet, we will not be responsible for any mis-measurments. Measure accurately!
